About GoNoGo Weather
Small, honest tools that answer one question: should you head out to do the thing you're planning?
Why this exists
Every weather app gives you the same numbers, then leaves the interpretation to you. But the interpretation is the whole point. A drone pilot, a motorcyclist and a gardener can all look at the exact same forecast and reach opposite conclusions, because they care about completely different things. GoNoGo Weather flips the order: it starts from what you want to do, knows the conditions that make or break that activity, and gives you a straight answer.
What it is
It's a growing hub of activity-specific weather tools. Each one runs the live forecast through a scoring model tuned for that activity and returns a clear GO, MAYBE or NO-GO — plus the next good window if now isn't it. We launched with motorcycle riding and drone flying, and we add new activities regularly. You can read exactly how the scoring works on our methodology page.
Our principles
- Honest over flashy. The scoring is transparent, and we're upfront about the limits of any forecast.
- Fast and free. No sign-up, no wall, no clutter — you get your answer in seconds.
- Respectful of your data. Your location is used to fetch the forecast, not to build a profile of you. See our privacy policy.
- Safety first. A green verdict is a helpful signal, never a substitute for your own judgement on the ground.
How we keep it free
GoNoGo Weather is supported by advertising and by affiliate links to gear that's genuinely relevant to each activity — waterproofs for riders, spare batteries for drone pilots, and so on. If you buy through one of those links we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That's what keeps the tools free to use for everyone.
